Our culture is the “how” of our mission, describing the character and conduct we exhibit as we work to fulfill it. We will know they are true of us when they are experienced more than heard.

Our best for God's glory

In Jesus, God has given us His very best. We will, therefore, do all things with excellence to glorify Him in
everything we do. Colossians 3:23

We rest because God is in control

God is sovereign over everything, so we choose to seek Him through prayer, trusting Him no matter what
circumstances arise. Philippians 4:6-7

Church health above church growth

Not all church growth is healthy. Knowing this, we prioritize church health by ensuring that all we do is biblically grounded and Gospel focused. Acts 2:42-47

Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much

All of us are better than one of us; therefore, we will do ministry together as a team instead of alone in silos. 1 Corinthians 12:14-20

Every interaction begins and ends with the Gospel

Because God has demonstrated His grace toward us, we are always ready to extend grace to one another in all
circumstances and in every relationship. Ephesians 4:32

Giving ministry away by developing leaders

Our mission—as given to us by Jesus—is bigger than any single person. Therefore, we will equip, empower, and release leaders to own and fulfill the mission with us. Ephesians 4:11-12

People are of utmost importance

People are always more important than programs and processes. We will, therefore, be intentional and fully
present with everyone we encounter. Philippians 2:3-4

Authentic relationships built on trust

When it comes to relationships, trust is everything. We will, therefore, lead with humility and always be
approachable, accessible, and transparent. 1 Peter 5:5-6
