Students, come join us as we try a totally new outreach event! We’re calling it “Walk it Out: Being a Blessing.” It involves going into local public areas like Waverly or downtown Waxhaw, and each person involved will have $10 in cash that they have to use to bless someone. Whether that’s buying someone a soda or a snack, for example, this will be a cool opportunity to bless people and potentially have spiritual conversations.

Students will be sent out in small groups with an adult, and they’ll walk around praying and watching for someone who might need some encouragement. Our ask for parents is that you supply your child(ren) with the $10 if at all possible. Once it gets closer, we’ll confirm the location and communicate that.
