Ways to Connect |
Lifeline serves the local Church by providing resources of training, ministry platforms, and educational pieces to care for the orphans and vulnerable children within their community. We want the children we serve to have forever families, but more than that, we want them to know the truth of the gospel. Our desire is to come alongside Christian missional families with resources they will need to find and nurture their children as they become disciples who make disciples.
Volunteer Ages: Adults
Volunteer Needs: Our partnership with Lifeline Children’s Services has been increasing and expanding significantly over the past year. We are currently taking steps towards offering three new opportunities to serve in partnership with Lifeline within the coming months.
- Worthy - The Worthy Mentor Program is designed to connect local churches with women who have experienced unexpected pregnancies. Some of these women may be walking through pregnancy and considering their options, while others may be healing from abortion. Using a holistic model of care, Worthy church partners offer loving support through one-on-one mentoring relationships that are guided by a 10-week biblical study. - Families Count - Through Families Count, local churches have a platform to minister to and walk with broken families to help them be restored and preserved. Roles needed within this ministry include Coordinator(s), class Co-Leaders (husband & wife), and individual mentors.
